Review:
Having a busy work schedule, the Wii represents a large portion of my workout routine. When the original Just Dance came out, it quickly became my favorite Wii game. Just Dance 2 provided many improvements over its predecessor, including better motion detection, better graphics, and downloadable songs to keep the game interesting.

I purchased Just Dance 3 yesterday, and, in keeping with the trend, it is even better than the first two games. There is a wide selection of songs to appeal to different musical tastes. (I mean, where else can you dance to "This Is Halloween" from The Nightmare before Christmas? How cool is that?!) The graphics are improved, but they stay true to the simple and whimsical design of the first two games. One fun new feature is the ability to earn rewards during the game, including new songs. It provides a little extra motivation while playing the game (though, to be honest, the game is fun enough even without those rewards).

The Just Sweat mode is also improved, with lots of new available features. This game is a great workout. I wear a heart rate monitor when I exercise. My heart rate has been in the 140-170 bpm range while playing Just Dance 3 --- and for a 45 minute session, I burn about 450 - 500 calories. That's similar to what I burn at the gym on the elliptical machine.

Conclusion: I can't say enough wonderful things about this game. You'll just have to check it out for yourself!
